This design works for CHRISTMAS and EASTER - I've included three pdf files with a blank heart and a blank gift tag so you can use them in different ways, with a different scripture or gift tag.
I recommend printing on heavy cardstock paper and coloring the design BEFORE the pieces are cut out. I also recommend printing and coloring 2 sides, so as it spins, you won't see a back side.
Craft supplies needed: scissors, tape, ribbon, a pipe cleaner or popsicle stick, and a hole punch.
