Q: How do I download my purchased design?
When you purchase a digital item, you'll be able to download that item the moment you check out via the link on your order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email that includes the download link. Keep in mind that each listing is for ONE download per digital design, so make sure to download the file(s) to a device that is hooked up to your printer.
Q: How many times can I download my purchased design?
You can download ONE file per design purchase, so make sure that you download the file(s) to a device that is hooked up to your printer.
Q: What if I can't find my purchased downloads?
You can make sure you've downloaded them by looking in the "downloads" tab of your file explorer if you are using Windows or the "downloads" folder of your finder window if you are using Mac. You can also check to see the progress by looking on your "Order Details" sheet on the invoice sent to your email inbox. Lastly, make sure that the device that you used to make your purchase is connected properly to your printer.
In the rare event that you still can't find your downloads, message me via the contact form at the bottom of this page and I'll try to get on it as soon as possible. In the end, I want those coloring designs in your happy little hands! :)
Q: Can I share the pdf file with others?
Although it's nice to share, sharing these pdf files is a no-no and a copyright violation. Instead of sharing, please direct others to my website where they can purchase their own pdf download.
I've priced my designs incredibly low so that even the smallest church budget can afford them!
Q: What kind of paper should I print on?
You can use any standard copy paper, but I recommend using non-glossy cardstock (you can find it at stuff-mart). I like using heavier paper because it helps eliminate wrinkling and tearing, which helps when working with young kids. It also eliminates marker smudge and bleed through.
Q: Can I share copies of the printed design for others, like for an event or students in my class?
Absolutely - however, if you need to print more than 20 copies, I ask that you repeat your purchase for every 20 copies needed. Since I have no way of knowing, this is an honor system, so it’s really between you and the Big Guy upstairs.
Q: Can I use these designs on products like t-shirts?
The short answer is No; not unless you and I sign a legal contract where I give you a copyright license.
If you are interested in obtaining a copyright license, you can get in touch with me via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Q: How can I contact you?
There's a contact form below that goes directly to my email inbox, so that's your best bet! :)
Q: Can I order a custom design?
Ummm...maybe. Because my drawing time is very limited, I typically DO NOT take custom orders. With that said, I might consider a custom order if (a) it aligns with my brand, and (b) I deem that the design can be repurposed to sell in my online shops. Due to the time it takes for each design, I charge an hourly rate for a custom order - contact me for details.
Q: What do you use to color your designs?
I use Prismacolor pencils on all my designs - the lead is soft and easy to blend and they come in a variety of beautiful colors. Tip: If you hand sharpen them, one pencil can last for several years.
Q: Can I still buy the large coloring posters that you used to sell on Etsy?
Sadly, No. I had to stop offering the large coloring posters once I started selling digital downloads as it got way too confusing and frustrating for customers.
